At CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC, we are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services. We stand behind the quality of our work with a comprehensive 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Within 30 days of your service, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning we provided, you have the following options:
- Re-clean: We will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge
- Partial Refund: We may offer a partial refund proportional to the areas that did not meet your expectations
- Full Refund: In cases where we are unable to resolve your concerns, we will provide a full refund of the service fee
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or re-clean, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of your service
- Provide your service date and details of your concern
- Include photographs if applicable (recommended but not required)
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of the service date
- The concern must relate to the quality or completeness of our cleaning
- You must allow us the opportunity to re-clean before requesting a full refund
- The area in question must have been included in the original service agreement
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the service
- Issues caused by events after our cleaning (spills, pet accidents, construction, etc.)
- Pre-existing damage or stains that could not be removed
- Areas not included in the original service scope
- Situations where access was restricted during the service
- Cancellations or no-shows (see our Cancellation Policy)
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)
Recurring Service Cancellations
For recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly):
- You may cancel your recurring service at any time
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service
- No refunds are provided for services already completed
- Prepaid packages may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused services
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may have the right to pursue other remedies available under New York State law.
