Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Description
CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC provides professional janitorial and cleaning services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and office maintenance throughout New York City.
Service Scheduling
Services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm all appointments within 24 business hours. Scheduling is subject to availability.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are provided as estimates based on the information you provide
- Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of service fee may apply
- No-shows: Full service fee may be charged
Access Requirements
Clients must ensure our cleaning team has clear access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, it may be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
- Secure or remove valuable items, cash, and jewelry
- Inform us of any security systems or special access requirements
- Ensure pets are secured during cleaning services
- Provide a safe working environment for our staff
Liability and Insurance
CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC is fully insured. However:
- We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
- Pre-existing damage is not covered
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEAN SWEEP CLEANING COMPANY INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
